1BOG’s solar estimation tool not only accounts for roof orientation, tilt, shading, and other factors, but also the exact price and products from the program. End result? You get the most accurate estimate of the financial and environmental return on investment of solar you can find on the web.

How much will solar cost for my home? Your system size will be determined by how much electricity you use, your available roof space, and your personal motivations. The HelioPower representative will work with you to design the best system for your needs. They will perform a home evaluation, provide you with a proposal under the 1BOG pricing terms, and show your electricity savings and return on your investment.

1BOG negotiated pricing is set in stone for each campaign. A couple things like tricky roof types or ground mounted solar systems have added costs but we publish the full list. 1BOG is transparent about pricing, cause we think turnkey systems with fixed, upfront prices make solar easier. We’ve done the negotiations ahead of time so you don’t have to do them in your living room.

Financing: SunRun Solar FinancingThis campaign has SunRun. SunRun lets you go solar for as little as $1000 upfront and they take care of your system maintenance and monitor production for you. The HelioPower representative will be able to provide you with a proposal with SunRun financing if you would like.

Rebates!

If you’re in San Diego, you probably use SDG&E as your utility, which has a large cash rebate, and there is a 30% federal tax credit on top of that. Our online estimation tool has exact values for these by integrating with the California Solar Initiative’s website behind the scenes.
